The Compass Program integrates
biblical discipleship, music training,
songwriting, and worship leadership into a steady
weekly rhythm.
Students are guided through intentional
formation—learning not only how to lead worship,
but how to grow as worshipers.

rhythm designed
to encourage growth without pressure.

Age-appropriate instruction focused on
foundations, creativity, and confidence.

participation options available as
